All good things come in three: For the third time after 2009 and 2010 the Swiss ebmc preliminary round took place at the School of Business and Engineering Vaud (HEIG-VD) in Yverdon-les-Bains. On 25 and 26 October 2011, 16 future business and media engineers played for a place in the finals.
After the first day, the 3 management teams were neck and neck. On the second day, the hybrid car manufacturer gECO left the competitors behind and launched into the final spurt with results exceeding the expectations. Its managers Nicolas Corod, Denis Leemann, Darius Heristchian, Antoine Dumas and Nicolas Deus will represent HEIG-VD in the international finals in Stuttgart in January 2012.
