Arriving in Stuttgart

After your arrival in Stuttgart, you must get a residence permit. Please go to one of the Bürgerbüros in Stuttgart.
There you can also get registered and get the authorisation for the study ticket.

You’ll need:

• A filled-in registration form (residence in Stuttgart)
• A visa for studying or language course with subsequent studies
• Your passport
• Your admission for university or a German intensive course
• Evidence of health insurance
• 1 passport fotograph
• 50 Euro
