Einsatz und Möglichkeiten von Social Media im Employer Branding

TikTok als Creator Plattform für deutsche Unternehmen

The present study attempts to answer whether the use of TikTok and Instagram as part of employer branding measures creates potential benefits for employing companies. In addition to highlighting the importance of an employer brand, the main focus of this study are additional benefits that may arise from the use of TikTok. A comprehensive picture of employer branding measures is being pre- sented, in particular the social media platforms TikTok and Instagram, in order to determine what opportunities can arise for companies in the so-called "war for talent". The statements are supported by the results of an online survey that was de- signed and evaluated for this purpose. Based on the survey results, starting points for employer branding measures on TikTok were found and particularly accessible target groups could be identified among the generations in the labor market.
