In this course the students have to select a current topic of mobile communication and prepare a paper as well as a presentation on the selected topic. The paper shall contain not more than 10 pages in two-column format. For this a template, either for LaTex or Word will be provided. Moreover, general guidelines on structuring the contents of the paper will be presented in one of the course lessons. The duration of the presentation shall not exceed 45 min.
The course is structured as follows.
  1. In the first lesson (10.03.08) the idea and structure of the course is introduced

At this date we will also decide on the date of the presentations. Most likely there will be two or three presentation dates at the end of the term
  5. Until the presentation dates the students have to prepare their papers and presentations. During this preparation period attendance is not compulsory. However, the lecturer will be available each monday afternoon in order to consult the students work
  6. Presentations (16.06 amd 23.06.08): The students have to present their topic in a 45min talk. Attendance is compulsory for all students
  7. 15.07.08: This is the deadline for paper submission
