Chatbot Companion

Develop a chatbot that improves vocational E-Learning from the learner’s perspective. Authentic content from the Ulmer Verlag, Stuttgart, will be used for creating an Alexa Skill. Using DesignAgility, the adaption of Design Thinking for the media industry, an innovative approach will be developed. While Mediapublishing students analyze the needs of the target group including possible user stories, the developers team will implement a prototype.
