Hospital appointment automation

A website shall be developed where patients can apply for appointments in specific departments of the hospital. The patients will be asked for their symptoms. Based on a database which is created by medical personal, the patient will get an appointment with the appropriate persons or department. The patient will get a reference number needed to show up in the hospital.
