PROBLEMS FINDING CO-FOUNDERS OR KEY TEAM MEMBERS?

Before you start looking, you should define the following:

• What’s your idea? Your idea is of course not set in stone and will almost certainly change over time. Nevertheless, you should be able to clearly communicate your initial vision to be able to convince others..
• Who are you and what are you looking for? It is often said that the ideal startup team consists of a designer, a developer and a hustler. In practice, however, this is not always the case and depends on your idea. What competencies do you bring to the table and what are you missing and looking for in team members?

The best co-founders often come from your own social circles. The best ones are people you know from before and feel that you can trust and work together with. In essence, take every opportunity to discuss your idea with colleagues and fellow students. In addition to gaining valuable feedback, who knows – you might discover your new team between them.
