Beschreibung: Aim of „Leadership & Management“
The aim is to make the students aware of the expectations and the practices in leadership and management.
    This addresses various aspects of human resources management – in particular personnel management.
    On the basis of various case studies from practice, we will study leadership styles and methods
    We will analyze and discuss their suitability in different situations.
    After looking at the theoretical foundations, we will try out behavior in “mini cases” and in a simulation of a Mount Everest climb.
    At the end the students know the basic issues of leadership and management.

To enable a strong connection between theory and practice, the students are actively involved in the course.
