English Abstract: At the end of this class students will be able to:
    - Understand the main challenges that the media industry faces; the effects that globalization brings to the media industry; the process of change management and its phases, the role of the manager and their main tasks; different models of change management (organization vs. individual model)
    - Examine the connections between the macro- (for the whole company) and the micro-level (for employees) changes
    - Evaluate the tools that can be used to communicate change and their effects
    - Identify and analyse the most important stakeholders and evaluate the stakeholder interests
    - Analyse personality profiles, team- and relationship structures
    - Plan and derive targeted communication measures
