English Abstract:	The course Operations Management will introduce you to the dimensions and techniques of operations management, whether in services, manufacturing, health care, or government. You will be engaged in discussions and exercises requiring the application of theory to practical problems. Ultimately, the course will position you to provide additional value to your organization's core operations. At the conclusion of the course, you will have demonstrated understanding of the following operations management topics through moderated discussion, case analysis, and individual application: operations strategy process, product, and service design principles production planning and control techniques supply chain management production control methodologies quality tools and concepts project management fundamentals external trends affecting long term organizational viability
