Teilmodul: International Business and Strategy (Online) The course provides an overview of the expanding role of international business in the world marketplace. Emphasis is placed on exploring the complex issues relating to the best practises in International Business.Furthermore the course focuses on the formulation, implementation and evaluation of organizational policy and strategy from the perspective of the general manager. Consideration is additionally given to information technology, global operations ethics and the functional level strategies of the organization. Teilmodul: Managing an e-Business (Online) The course examines the role of information systems in the operation of organizations to customers and suppliers. the course content is focused on how today's business systems and technologies make highly effective links between external environment and internal decision making and between key stakeholders. Topics include hardware, software, networks, system concepts, CRM, the role of IS in strategy and business change initiatives, information economics and ethical issues in IS. Teilmodul: Doing Business in Asia (Präsenz) The course provides an in-depth look at the Asian business world. Topics which are addressed in the course are productivity, growth and innovation through exposure to some of the most respected global Asian companies. It also offered insights into the role of the Asian governments in the Asian business world (general regulations, taxes, environmental issues and so on). In 14 action-packed days, students gained a greater appreciation of the business impact and power. |
