Beschreibung: KICK OFF am 11.4., 08.15 Uhr nonfictional and scientific storytelling project
The course will introduce students to nonfictional storytelling and crowdfunding.


In lectures and seminars important nonfictional concepts will be investigated and discussed. We focus on nonfiction film, documentary, short movie formats, scientific and experimental film production. Students will express their reflections on art, science and society in their own media productions and in their written assignments. Teamwork is essential in workshops and media production session.

*production of short formats for a specific crowdfunding campaign
*short nonfiction formats to train directing, camera and editing skilss for documentaries
Students will get familiar with cultural and societal impacts of media and deepen their knowledge in media theory and production. Students will research a specific documentary or scientific topic and express their reflections on the subject in their own productions and in their written assignments. Teamwork is essential in workshops and media production session.
