Intercultural Management ziel darauf ab, vertiefte individuelle Kompetenzen und Wissen für die effiziente Interaktion mit Menschen in einer interkulturellen Atmosphäre zu entwickeln. Dieses Ziel wird neben der Vermittlung einer soliden theoretischen und praxisorientierten Grundlage insbesondere durch die Sensibilisierung der Studenten für kulturbezogenes Menschenverhalten anhand aktiver Übungen zur Relativierung der eigenen Weltanschauung.

English Abstract: | Asia and the Pacific Area have the fastest growing economies worldwide. In this course you will learn how to deal with different cultures, act appropriately in various cultural contexts and earn needed qualities for effective intercultural interaction in China and Japan. Students will learn to reflect and cope with some of the communication difficulties involved in conducting business with partners from different cultural backgrounds. |
