Beschreibung: In this course we will look at the strategic challenges the media industry is facing. Based on case studies from Harvard Business Publishing different topics such as dealing with technological change, reorganization to increase flexibility and mergers & acquisitions will be analysed. After having attended this course:
    You developed expertise in case study analysis.
    You know key challenges of the online media industry, based on the reflection of the situation and market penetration strategy of the big players in the market
    You understand basic concepts of strategic management and have applied them to different companies.
    You discussed various ways to deal with technological changes and reflected critically upon contemporary issues in strategic management.
    You know different tools to work in teams on different problems (Lego Serious Play, World Café)
    You experienced the method of a World Café and participated as a visitor as well as a moderator
