Entrepreneurial Brains Made on Campus

Since 2009, the Generator Startup Center of the SMU has been promoting the entrepreneurial thinking and actions of our students at the European level with the “Entrepreneurial Brains Made on Campus” (EBMC) ideas competition.

The EBMC takes place annually in two phases: the national preliminary rounds at each of the partner universities of the SMU and the international final in Stuttgart, for which the winning teams of the preliminary rounds qualify.

In the preliminary rounds, the students learn about different innovation tools from the methods of Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Business Modelling and develop innovative business ideas from them. In the final in Stuttgart they work on new ideas in international teams.
