Kreativität bei hybrider Zusammenarbeit
Wie wirkt sich hybride Zusammenarbeit auf die Kreativität von Arbeitnehmenden in Organisationen aus?
This bachelor thesis examines creativity in the context of hybrid collaboration within organizations. The research goal of the thesis is to explore the impact of hybrid collaboration on creativity. In the process, specific factors are identified that can either favor or hinder creativity in the context of the hybrid work model.
The study is based on the theoretical framework of organizational creativity and extends it to include the topic of hybrid working. Since the literature on this topic is limited so far, the paper draws on relevant findings from research on virtual collaboration to represent the current state of research. Using qualitative methods and semi-structured interviews, a detailed understanding of the perceptions and behaviors of employees with regard to creativity in hybrid collaboration is obtained. These newly gained insights are then placed in the context of the existing state of research.
