„It’s a match“ – Professionals erfolgreich durch digitale Events ansprechen, interagieren und binden

More and more companies are looking for qualified, skilled personnel. The term "war for talent" is widespread. Candidate Relationship Management (CaRM) offers alternative ways to counteract this shortage of skilled workers by establishing and maintaining individualized relationships with employees and candidates. CaRM is based on the widely used Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Because of the prevailing pandemic, many events have been developed and implemented within a short period of time. Due to this trend, the digital event is examined in this paper regarding its success factors in terms of CaRM. As a result, these factors are presented regarding the event and CaRM.
