Every two years the Stuttgart Media University hosts the VEGA Camp. International speakers from visual effects, games and computeranimation give a glimpse on their work and present a selection of successful productions, research projects, case studies and workshops.
With VEGA Camp, new talents and the best productions from our university have a platform to present themselves to a wider audience.
At VEGA Camp students and professors can meet up with established professionals from the industry. This creates new synergies for the developement of cross media and research projects on academic and international levels.

The research group Farbforschungsverbund is an interdisciplinary group of scientists, artists, academics and practintioners - among them members of the University Tuebingen and the HdM Stuttgart. The conference "Color in Mind" was held in September 2016 in Tuebingen. The workshop "Defining the Look" was a conference contribution by Prof. Katja Schmid and Heike Quosdorf from The HdM Stuttgart.
