Beschreibung: | When the course is finished, the students will be able to (1) explain how and why technologies can change industries, (2) identify business functions which will be impacted by digital transformation, (3) explain the challenges of digital transformation, and (4) suggest suitable approaches to deal with digital change. |
English Abstract: | "The rules of business have changed. In every industry, the spread of new digital technologies and the rise of new disruptive threats are transforming business models and processes" (Rogers 2016). In this class, you will learn about concepts and methods for making decisions and formulating strategies in this era of digitalization by looking at five specific domains of businesses: customers, competition, data, innovation, and value. The working mode is group work and individual work. |
