priME SIM Management „Hibou Glasses GmbH“ introduces the participants to the processes of 3-D-printing company. The simulated start-up in growth is producing design glasses for lifestyle-oriented customers. The participants take over the role of the management team and solve problems with patents, leadership of employees during several periods oft he online game. They face challenges, such as capacity planning as well as legal and economic problems of the day to day business. The participants make operative and strategic decisions concerning design, product development, marketing, sales, purchasing, production, human resources and administration. The simulation’s goal is the concentration on the management strategy as well as securing the future of customer-orientated service provider. The assessment will be based on a Performance Calculation done by the PRIMSIM-Software, constituting 100% of the module grading. |
