The development of the third business division "support services" within the new floor space concept focussing on networking activities such as events, workshops or art galleries organised by the kitchenlab as managing instance.
AIM
To empower the initiative (3rd business division) with skills and tools for designing a succesfull and sustainable concept for networking activities.
Implementation Steps
1. Preparation - development of methodological approach
2. Facilitation - implementation of Design Thinking workshops and one2one coaching sessions
3. Conceptualisation - designing of kitchenlab's networking support services
