The heart of the EU project Central Europe Regional Innovation Ecosystems Network (CERIecon) is strengthening and improving the entrepreneurship skills and abilities of prospective founders, as well as the international exchange among them. For this purpose, Veneto (Italy), Rijeka (Croatia), Vienna (Austria), Krakow (Poland), Brno (Czech Republic), Bratislava (Slovakia) and HdM Stuttgart have created Playpark Coworking Spaces (Pavilion P05). Logo Entrepreneurial Brains Made on CampusEntrepreneurial Brains Made on Campus

The International Ideas Competition initiated and conducted by the HdM Startup Center ‘Entrepreneurial Brains Made on Campus’ (EBMC) entered the ninth round in January 2018. Since 2009, around 2,500 students have participated. The preliminary rounds will take place at different partner universities of the HdM, the international finals will be held in Stuttgart. The HdM Exchange Network is the local ERASMUS initiative of the Hochschule der Medien, in which students take care of visiting international students. The network provides help and organizes various activities for all exchange students. This group is located in the International Office at the Hochschule der Medien.

Logo IARIGAIIARIGAI

The International Association of Research Organizations for the Information, Media and Graphic Arts Industries (IARIGAI) exists since 1965. The purpose of the Association is to promote science and research. Its objectives are organising scientific events, research projects and scientific publications. It is a non-profit association.
The HdM ist a member since 2007.
Since 2017 Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gunter Huebner is president of the IARIGAI.

Logo International CircleInternational Circle

The International Circle is a free association of institutions in the teaching and research field of visual media. It provides a platform for knowledge exchange and intercultural exchange as well as contact with printing and publishing companies, suppliers and organizations. In addition, it gives opportunity for collegial relations between representatives of the various member institutions. Contact person at the Hochschule der Medien: Prof. dr. Gunter Hübner.

Logo International DesigncampIntercultural Design Camp

The Intercultural Design Camp was an innovative EU-funded collaboration between universities in Belgium, Germany, Scotland and Sweden, whose students were brought together annually in one of the countries. Succession project became CIGN. Contact person at the Hochschule der Medien: Prof. Dr. Jörg Westbomke.

Logo SGIASGIA

The SGIA (Specialty Graphics Imaging Association) is an information network. The SGIA Mission Statement is: “SGIA will continually strive to be the foremost resource for information and education within the specialty imaging industry.”
SGIA supports the digital and screen printing community mainly in the USA and Canada by providing services and activities specific to their interests but continues to partner with national and regional associations around the globe to continually develop the international community. The SGIA National Affiliation Program brings together a multi-national community to enhance awareness and encourage the exchange of information. “Supporting the Leaders of the Digital and Screen Printing Community”. The HdM ist a member since 2008.
