As soon as you have uploaded the last required document in your document pool, a message will be displayed that your required documents are complete: The required documents of this course of study are complete. Now you can upload the optional documents. In order to initiate the examination of the documents by the HdM you must SUBMIT them. After submitting, you can continue to upload optional documents and post new versions of your documents. You have to submit the documents that the Hdm can check your documents. On your profile you will see a green arrow in the status of your saved courses of study, when your required documents are complete.
