Beschreibung:	Anhand von konkreten Beispielen wird der Umgang mit zwei der im internationalen Bereich wichtigsten Klassifikationen (DDC und LCC), vor allem auch im Hinblick auf die Online-Nutzung dieser Klassifikationen, geübt. Aufgrund der konkreten Anwendungsfälle werden Vergleiche zwischen beiden Klassifikationen durchgeführt.
English Title:	Comparison of Library Classifications
English Abstract:	Based on practical examples, it is shown how to use two highly important international classification systems (the Dewey Decimal Classification and the Library of Congress Classification), with a special emphasis on the available online tools. Making use of the examples discussed in class, the two classification systems are also compared to each other.
