English Abstract: In this seminar, students will design a future-oriented user experience focusing on human needs and tangible interfaces. Students will learn how to design for specific human needs, such as, e.g. the hedonic quality of identification and how to create a process of enhancing user satisfaction by improving pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and the product. As the world becomes more and more tangible, future experience designers need the additional skill set to design for services rather than apps only. Furthermore, this semester we have one design brief in cooperation with the Mercedes-Benz AG.
