In the course, students acquire advanced specialist knowledge of the parameters of flexographic printing, how to evaluate and optimize them.
The prerequisites for achieving a defined print quality in flexographic printing are dealt with in detail.
Influences on print quality in flexographic printing Ink transfer Influence of anilox roller, printing form, substrate and ink. Required amounts of ink depending on the motif and substrate. The printing process Influence of print processing on register and print result. Influence of the printing form with substructure technology on the printing result. Types of printing forms, substructure technology, provision of printing Further influences on the print quality during the printing process: Printing ink, substrate, printing speed, etc. Documents and (if there is no face-to-face event) virtual lecture: documents to download and exchange forum via Moodle course!
