Topics include: - Perception: Foundations of Visual Perception - Acquisition: Lensens, Camers, Imaging Sensors, RAW image processing, camera characterization, camera test, Typical Artifacts - Transmission: Image encoding Standards (Rec.709, Rec.2020, SMPTE 2084, LogPD), Image compression basics, Transmission Architectures - Post production: Editing, Color Correction, Texture Control, ACES - Deliveries and Distibution: Digital Cinema, Streaming, Versioning, IMF. - Display technologies.
