Beschreibung: The course emphasizes practical application of theories presented in the course material. You will take part in interactive classroom activities designed to develop your leadership capabilities. After completing this course you will be able to
    - define leadership, explain the difference between leadership and management, apply this definition to develop personal and professional goals
      - identify and apply leadership styles and theories
        - describe the impact of cultural differences on leadership modules
          - recognize and criticize team dynamics and function effectively within a group setting
            - act with sound judgment and apply ethical decision-making techniques
            English Title: Leadership
            English Abstract: The module leadership examines various leadership theories and models which are critically evaluated. The students should be able to identify and justify which approaches are most appropriate under which circumstances. The students are invited to apply these leadership models to specific situations and to their own personality. Specific attention is devoted to leadership requirements in difficult situations (crises, change, separation).
