English Title: Internet Traffic, Performance and Content Distribution
English Abstract: This seminar consists of two parts. In the first part we will gain a common understanding of relevant Internet architecture and technology based on presentations by the lecturer and common discussion. Students can always bring in current topics they want to discuss. For the second part, students will give their own presentations on special topics of Internet performance. Students are explicitly encouraged to perform their own experiments and measurements. In the end, students also submit their findings in the form of a scientific paper.
