Beschreibung:	In this seminar we cover different aspects of intellectual property rights, especially patents. You will learn about the different kinds of IPRs, the patenting process and formal requirements for patent applications. You will know how to find out if an invention is patentable. You will learn about patent classification schemes and practice to search different patent databases for prior art. You will know what are the essential ingredients of a patent application. For the second part of the seminar, you will select a topic and prepare a paper and presentation on it.
