The function of finance and accounting is a pivot point of all important decisions in each corporation.
The design of external reporting displays the strategy of a company. In the finance and controller‘ s function you are an internal coach of the firms governance. As financial expert you represent your corporation on the capital markets. After this lecture you have deeper insights into the control of a firm, and you can operate strategic and operative planning processes, you will have fundamental knowledge about accounting, controlling and taxation, you know the fields of application of modern financial instruments and the risks insight. You will learn to know the process of goal getting, strategic and operative planning, check and control a firm in the perspective of finance, earnings and assets. Political, economical, social, technological, legal and environmental framework aspects are beeing observed in all topics.
