Students go into a strategic management business game which simulates a small and medium sized enterprise (SME) in 3D-Printing sector, producing Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), i.e. Su

Why: Accounting is the language of Management.

Using this philosophy, students learn how to run and financially control a company by accounting from a management perspective. Practice Accounting is an interactive distance learning course with an online business simulation, called priME SIM Strategic Management.

How: Online-SARP as Course Format

The distance learning course is designed as a on-line Scalable Action Role Play (SCARP). Participants build teams by themselves in groups with 6-7 persons and 8 groups each market, with a maximum of 100 persons globally. They will navigate their company through different scenarios given by the instructor team.

When: Time, Schedule and Access

The workload of 182465b Practice Accounting is 2 ECTS, in other words 60h simulation and gaming program. Main course components are introduction, team formation, preparation, briefing, workout, learning nuggets, pitch preparation, pitch, prepare and produce of deliverables and debriefing.
